These terms cover the use of this website. Purchases made in the store are covered by the policies posted in the store.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by DZ VENTURES LLC, doing business as Pelican Row Estate & Market (“Pelican Row”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Our store is at 6413 Johnston St, Ste 500, Lafayette, LA 70503.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
They are not the terms of a purchase. Anything you buy at Pelican Row is bought in person in the store, and the terms of that sale are the ones given to you at the time of purchase: the policies posted in the store.
3. Using this website
You may use this site to learn about the store, our hours and location, and to contact us. You agree not to use it to break the law, to interfere with the site's operation, or to attempt to gain access to parts of it that aren't public.
4. Information on this site
We do our best to keep hours, location and other details accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that everything on the site is complete or free of errors. Stock changes constantly, and an item shown here or on our social media may already be sold.
We aren't liable for loss arising from relying on the information here, or from the site being unavailable.
5. Prices and availability
Items in the vendor booths are priced by the vendors themselves, not by the store, and those prices can change at any time. Nothing shown on this site or on our social media is an offer to sell at a particular price.
Stock is one-of-a-kind and sells quickly, so anything you see here may already be gone.
6. Buying in the store
We don't sell anything through this website. Purchases happen in person at 6413 Johnston St, Ste 500.
Items are sold as-is, and we do not accept returns. Our Return Policy is published here so you can read it before you visit. The version that applies to your purchase is the one posted in the store at the time you buy.
7. Items sold by vendors
Most of what you'll find at Pelican Row belongs to the independent vendors who rent our booths. The item is theirs, and we ring up the sale on their behalf.
The same policy applies to their items as to ours: sold as-is, and no returns. They are secondhand and estate goods, sold in the condition they're in on the day, age and wear included. We'd encourage you to look a piece over, and ask us anything you want to know, before you buy it.
If there's a problem with something you've bought, please come and speak to us in the store. Our Return Policy covers the rest.
8. Our content
The name, logo, photographs, and text on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
9. Links to other sites
This site links to third-party services, including our Facebook page and Google Maps. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and the current version always applies.
